Samaritan’s Feet Partners with The Office Depot Foundation for the Back to Basics Initiative

Samaritan’s Feet and the Office Depot Foundation are uniting to prepare students materially, physically and psychologically for school through the Back to Basics Initiative! The goal of this collaboration is to celebrate the beginning of the school year by serving 40,000 impoverished children throughout the country as they prepare to go back to school.

Samaritan’s Feet will provide each child with new shoes and socks, and the Office Depot Foundation will provide children in grades K-5 with a colorful sackpack to carry their school supplies.

The Back to Basics Initiative allows Samaritan’s Feet and the Office Depot Foundation the opportunity to create a joyful environment as our Ambassadors meet with each child personally to share hope and encouragement while receiving their new shoes, socks, and sackpacks.
