Samaritan’s Feet and the American Society of Interior Designers Partner to Provide New Shoes and Encouragement for Deserving Children in Chicago
What:
Humanitarian non-profit Samaritan’s Feet is glad to announce a shoe distribution event in Chicago, IL.
Thanks to a partnership between the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and Samaritan’s Feet, the two will distribute 40 pairs of individually styled TOMS shoes to children at Channing’s Child Care. An additional 160 pairs will be distributed across this childcare network at later dates.
Who:
The American Society of Interior Designers is providing the styled TOMS shoes for this Samaritan’s Feet organized event.
Why:
These efforts are to bestow children in need with a new pair of shoes and a message of hope – to meet physical needs and inspire recipients and volunteers to believe in the value of life and service.
Who Should Attend:
Recipients have been pre-registered but media guests are welcome for photo and video opportunities. This event is not open to the public.
