Samaritan’s Feet works to bring a life-changing message of hope to impoverished and underprivileged children around the world through a variety of sports focused programs and equipping their feet with shoes. Additionally, we provide opportunities to interested youth to become active volunteers thereby developing their sense of responsibility and kinship to all humankind.
Shoe of Hope is an innovative project with a goal to equip the feet of 10 million impoverished children, with 10 million pairs of athletic shoes, over the next 10 years. In America and around the world through shoe relief missions we will bring a life-changing message of hope, peace, and love. Samaritan’s Feet will host major shoe relief missions to children in developing countries; Youth volunteers will be provided ways to assist with these missions and to serve in various capacities. In addition, our “Shoe of Hope” back-to-school shoe drive program will help support and equip underprivileged families with shoes. The drive will be launched in several cities around the country. Samaritan’s Feet will serve as a global clearinghouse to distribute athletic shoes to millions of people who badly need them.

Educational Programs
Though we work diligently to impact them immediately, the truth is that many of the biggest issues facing our world today will not be resolved in the next few years. While 10 million pairs of shoes will make a significant impact on children today, Samaritan's Feet recognizes that truly lasting change requires a commitment and a vision for the future. In order to best prepare the next generation, we have established a variety of programs aimed at providing global perspective and philanthropic ethic.

Youth Ambassador Program
Middle School (Grades 6-8)
Samaritan’s Feet partners with middle schools by offering a Global Mission Apprenticeship where students learn business processes of finance, marketing, fundraising, design, and project management from local business professionals. Upon completion of the apprenticeship, students apply their knowledge to execute a fundraiser to benefit Samaritan’s Feet.
By the Children, For the Children
Elementary School (Grades K-5)
Samaritan’s Feet strives to empower kids to improve the quality of life of other kids. The program begins with the school completing a shoe fundraiser/shoe drive for Samaritan’s Feet. From there, they adopt a sister school in a designated country, learn about their needs, and commit to helping their peers at that school. The program bridges the gap between students across the world and helps all children think of ways to impact and solve the problems.
Schools Without Borders
Elementary/Middle School (Grades 4-8)
Samaritan’s Feet seeks to expand the minds of young people in grades four through eight by allowing them to communicate via video conferencing with their peers in other countries to exchange thoughts and ideas concerning the world in which we live. This program is an extension of By the Children, For the Children.

Volunteers will provide follow up evaluation to players and awards will be given at the awards banquet.
