The Barefoot Burpee Challenge is a fun way to help raise awareness for the mission of Samaritan’s Feet and let people know how it feels to live shoeless doing things you wouldn’t usually do without shoes, like working out.

We’ve picked a burpee because it is a workout you can do anywhere — at home, work, or even in the grocery store. It is a universal workout that we want YOU to do BAREFOOT! Do it by yourself, or with family and friends!

All you have to do is five burpees OR donate to our mission below!
– Take a video doing your 5 barefoot burpees.
– Challenge 3 friends in the video to do it after you.
– Post on social media and tag your 3 friends and use #BarefootBurpeeChallenge
