SPONSORSHIP COVENANT

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Samaritan's Feet in our Back to School program. Please review the following important program sponsorship information. We have a valuable opportunity and have established program requirements to ensure success of the Back to School program.

- Distributions include the Samaritan’s Feet methodology of foot washing for each shoe recipient.

- To start planning for your event, we require that we receive a copy of this completed and signed Back to School application and $500 deposit (100 days prior to the shoe distribution date is preferred).

- Once we receive a completed application, we will provide you with a timeline that includes key milestones to ensure a quality event is planned.

- To help us sustain our ministry, we require a donation of $20 per recipient. This donation per recipient includes shoes, socks, supplies, and assistance in planning a quality event.

- For events of less than 500 recipients, donations for additional expenses might be required (options and amounts will be discussed with the Samaritan’s Feet event planner).

- 100% of the funding for the event is required 45 days prior to the event. If funding for the event can't be provided 45 days prior to the event, the date of the event may have to be postponed.

- Below are several of the key items that we will work with you to plan your event:

-- A local volunteer distribution coordinator to work with Samaritan’s Feet event planner

-- Estimate the number of volunteers required (we recommend 50 volunteers per 300 shoe recipients)

-- Submission of shoe sizes 45 days prior to distribution

-- Location and setup for shoe distribution

-- Chairs and tables available for use at the shoe distribution

- After the event has been completed, it is up to the event partner and/or sponsor to store excess shoes and supplies. If the partner and/or sponsor returns the excess shoes and supplies, Samaritan’s Feet will assume the returned items are a donation and not reserved for future events.
